Some days back , we happened to go to an eye hospital as my daughter who was four year old got some eye infection. As a routine, they asked us to do normal testing for the child. They gave her a big spectacles (which they use in the hospitals for testing the eye) and asked her to read the letters displayed. She got afraid about this big thing in her face and didn’t wanted to read. To escape from this, she stated that she cannot see.
We tried a lot, but in vain. The doctor marked the report as vision blurred. We got afraid. Such as small child. We contacted the family doctor who gave the suggestion that the next time when you go for testing, start reading from where she stopped.
It worked. The next time we asked her to read from the third line and she completed it. That tip worked. First the kid will be afraid when taken to a test and also they don’t have the patience to read the whole of that letters which is listed in the box.
